Team Leader Aged and Disability Services - Imanpa
- Salary package commencing at $71,099 (inclusive of superannuation and leave loading)

Our Aged and Disability department provides services to remote Indigenous clients. These services support clients to remain at home in their communities and empower choice in how their care is provided. Services include personal care, meals, transport, domestic assistance; as well as social activities to support clients to connect with their community.
Our community based Aged and Disability Services teams are all local Indigenous staff members, who work collaboratively with the community to ensure a partnership approach to community client care.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Ability to mentor and motivate staff and foster independence
- Understanding of aged and disability client needs in a remote context
- Adaptable to changing demand of the service and clients
- Ability to complete standardised reports
- Willingness to work and live in a remote community
- You will also require the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships within the community
- A genuine interest in community development and making a difference in a remote based locality is required
This position isoffered on a full time fixed term basis through to 30 June 2023. A further contract term may be offered depending on funding and performance in the role.
