Warrnambool City Council is now seeking to appoint a Strategic Asset Management Engineer within the City Infrastructure Directorate.
This position will contribute significantly to the effective management of the municipality’s assets and infrastructure from the initial stages of planning through to asset renewal.
It is expected that the successful candidate will be able to effectively assess the infrastructure requirements of planning applications and be involved in the strategic planning for the city. As part of this role you will also assist with the implementation of the Asset Management Strategy and continuous improvement of Asset Management practices.
A tertiary degree in civil engineering and substantial local government experience would be beneficial for this position.
