The Maribyrnong Aquatic Centre (MAC) is a busy community recreation facility with a focus on quality service provision, industry best practice and the highest standards of supervision and safety.
MAC is seeking an industry professional committed to customer service excellence to lead a dynamic health and fitness team. The position will require a suitably qualified and experienced individual who is innovative, a good communicator and passionate about promoting a healthy lifestyle.
As Team Leader Health and Fitness, you will assist in the planning and implementation of programs and services on offer. You will be responsible for daily supervision, evaluation, rostering and training and development of staff; and manage the administration and organisation of the health club area.
