Learning and Development Officer


  • Opportunity to provide essential support for people’s learning and development.
  • Full-Time – 12 month fixed term contract
  • Band 6 Salary range: $82,871 to $89,871  plus 9.5% Super
  • Located at the St Kilda Town Hall – walking distance to all amenities: public transport, shops, parks and beach

This role offers you the opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the seamless and effective management of the day to day requirements of the learning and development function.  


Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Manage, co-ordinate, monitor and report on learning and development programs.
  • Provide specialist advice to staff and leaders in relation to learning and development needs.
  • Facilitate Corporate Induction and develop e-learning programs / modules
  • Adherence to and promotion of the Employee Code of Conduct.


About You

Ideally, you are a Learning and Development professional with at least 5 years’ experience in this type of role with great organisational skills and a ‘can do’ attitude.
