Member Experience Coordinator - Bluewater Leisure Centre Permanent Full Time Colac Otway Shire are seeking to appoint a Member Experience Coordinator at Bluewater Leisure Centre. In this role your position objectives will be to: Develop and maintain a high functioning Member Experience team which will ensure a positive customer experience at Bluewater. Oversee the operation of the Bluewater Swim School and Customer Relations service by developing, leading and promoting a high quality service oriented culture across the organisation. Assist the Centre Manager to develop and implement a marketing and growth strategy for Bluewater to promote programs and services to the broader community.
