GIS Assistant

- Due to an increase in work Georges River Council is looking for a GIS Assistant to join our team immediately
- Temporary full time - 70 hours per fortnight up to March 2020 with potential to extend to September 2020
- Salary from $64,204.83 - $74,390.87 per annum plus 9.5% superannuation
Georges River Council is currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated GIS Assistant to join our dynamic and busy GIS Team. The successful candidate will support the Geographic Information Systems activities of Council in a proactive and customer focused manner through the development and capture of up-to-date spatial information and provision of spatial systems and mapping output.

Key Skills
- Practical experience in spatial/geographical information systems.
- Knowledge and experience with management of cadastral data, land titling issues and addressing.
- Willingness and ability to learn new technology and software.
