Esperance Home Care is looking for a motivated, well organised person to take on the role of Community Access Coordinator. This busy position is responsible for ensuring a vibrant and active Community Access Program, overseeing the Kitchen, Meals on Wheels and Gardening/Home Maintenance services as well as the production of promotional material to raise the profile of Esperance Home Care via newsletters, advertising, website and social media.
You will need a creative spark, be adaptable and have a great eye for detail to succeed in this full-time position. You will be coordinating a fantastic team while being an integral part of the service that Esperance Home Care provides to the Community. Supervisory and administrative experience are essential. Affinity to work with older people and people with disability is highly desirable.
Salary: $63,090 pa
