As a Council Services Manager you will play a vital role in the efficient delivery of services and upholding Council’s image and reputation in the community.
You will be responsible for managing the day to day operation of Council in Minjilang including leading and directing employees through building and maintaining productive teams. Specifically, you will direct, oversee and monitor the delivery of core services such as roads, parks maintenance and waste management, and provide support to coordinators and managers in the delivery of agency and commercial functions.
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in managing service delivery, employees and business operations. An understanding of local government and the issues affecting Aboriginal people in remote locations would be an advantage.
