Home Care Package Level 4 Coordinator/Registered Nurse (30 hours per week – 1 year Fixed Term)

Esperance Home Care is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to coordinate in home care and nursing services. This rewarding role in Community Care focuses on keeping people living independently at home. Empathy towards the needs of older people and people living with a disability is essential along with a passion for delivering high quality care.

The successful applicant will possess a current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and high level organisational and communication skills.

Salary: $34.18 per hour
