Economic Development Officer 

Applications are invited for the fulltime permanent position of Economic Development Officer. This position facilitates programs and activities that will stimulate economic development and growth for the Coonamble Shire, including providing guidance to the business sector and work towards attracting and retaining investment, industry and employment opportunities for the region. The successful applicant should have demonstrated relevant experience and qualifications in contributing towards economic development outcomes and project management. 

A salary package will be negotiated depending upon qualifications and experience, ranging from $98,595 to $111,014 which includes base salary, superannuation, overtime allowance and leaseback vehicle. Other conditions of employment are in accordance with the Local Government (State) Award 2017. The successful applicant will be required to complete employment screening checks and psychometric testing.
