About the role:
As a member of our Organisation Development and Performance team (OD&P), you will contribute to the design, development and implementation of OD initiatives that support and build capability and performance. You will bring your combined OD and generalist experience, along with exceptional stakeholder engagement and project management skills to influence the business and achieve outcomes.
 
What the role will offer:
  • Contribute to the design, development and implementation of initiatives related to talent, capability and employee engagement.
  • Engage with People & Capability colleagues, and partner with stakeholders to determine needs, and develop solutions.
  • Extract and analyse data obtained from integrated HR systems to provide meaningful insights.
  • Participate in and coordinate the job evaluation process.
  • Be part of a cohesive and high performing team environment.
 
 
Key skills and experience:
  • Degree level qualification in an HR or Business related discipline.
  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and build strong relationships.
  • Well-developed analytical and reporting skills (including advanced Excel skills)
  • Experience with job evaluation methodology.
  • Project management skills
  • Proven ability in learning new concepts and systems
