Coordinator Ningaloo Visitor Centre
The Shire of Exmouth has an exciting opportunity for a hands-on visitor services specialist in one of Australia’s most iconic tourism destinations.
Seeking a self-driven highly motivated customer services expert to oversee the day-to-day activities of the Ningaloo Centre visitor services and its related business activities including the Ningaloo Aquarium and Discovery Centre, Conference Centre and Visitor Centre.
The Coordinator Ningaloo Visitor Centre position will be offered to the successful candidate on a full time basis.
Reporting to the Manager Ningaloo Centre this leadership role will assist delivering world class visitor experiences via the hands-on coordination of the Ningaloo Visitor Centre.
The successful applicant will need to possess an understanding of the tourism industry and the day to day operation of visitor centres or previous experience within high level customer service and retail operations.
This role requires demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a high developed computer literacy with a strong understanding on the application of new technologies within the global tourism industry.

The position is classified as Level 7 under the Shire of Exmouth Enterprise Agreement 2017.
