We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, skilled and experienced HR professional to join us and be part of Council's Human Resources team.


This role is crucial to the delivery of our HR strategic plan and will manage a team of four direct reports in the areas of Learning & Development, Recruitment and On-Boarding and HR Business Partnering.


The role:

The HR Team Leader will lead the HR Business Team to;

  • Cultivating a motivated and professional team committed to building commercial and proactive business partnering relationships.
  • Ensure high quality HR services, projects and programs are delivered to our internal clients across Council.
  • Developing, implementing and continuously improving HR programs, policies, procedures and performance measures.
  • Developing key projects aligned to our HR strategic plan.
