Communications and Media Liaison Officer
The Shire of Exmouth is seeking a Communications and Media Liaison Officer on a part time basis.
This is a permanent position which will be offered to the successful candidate with a minimum of 50 hours a fortnight. Flexible working hours can be arranged to suit your needs!
Reporting to the CEO, this role will play a lead role in the development, implementation and evaluation of high quality communications and public relations strategies and activities to ensure effective internal and external communications.
Ideally the successful candidate will have a tertiary qualification in journalism, public relations or communications and experience with media releases or in a communications/media relations role and be looking to take the next step in their career with local government.

The position is classified as a Level 6 or 7 under the Shire of Exmouth Enterprise Agreement 2017, depending on the successful applicant’s qualifications and experience.
