Industrial Relations Officer



About the role 

This temporary full-time (12 months) position is responsible for providing policy and Industrial advice through analysing and reviewing data, working closely with the wider human resources team to ensure project outcomes are delivered. You will be required to undertake workplace investigations and provide high quality, professional and timely employee expertise to managers and staff; promoting ‘best practice’ and compliance with legislation.


About the person 

The successful candidate will be an experienced, enthusiastic, and self-motived IR specialist, or generalist with strong IR case management experience.


You must have high level communication skills, strong attention to detail and excellent ability to manage multiple priorities in a timely and efficient manner. What’s on offer  

We are offering an attractive salary from $110,315 p.a. plus Super. City of Parramatta also offer excellent employee benefits which can be accessed by the successful candidate.
