Environmental Health Officer
An excellent Permanent Full Time opportunity has arisen for a capable individual to join our positive and dynamic Environmental Health team.
You will be responsible for encouraging, promoting and where necessary enforcing standards that will enhance the health, safety, and wellbeing of the community and the natural environment. The position will use skills and knowledge obtained from previous on-the-job experiences to investigate matters that have a detrimental effect on the natural environment and community/individual health. This includes undertaking inspections and investigations (from the simple to more complex situations) with observations and evidence being accurately recorded and stored in Council’s information systems
