Early Childhood Teacher

- Permanent part time - 30 hours per fortnight
- 3 hours - Monday to Friday
- Salary from $82,719.59 - $95,842.80 per annum plus 9.5% superannuation (Pro-rata)
Georges River Council is currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our dynamic and busy Ocean Street Kindergarten Team.
As an Early Childhood Teacher, you are expected to be an active team member of a team which provides high quality early childhood education and care to the community. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with children at the services, developing strong relationships that support and partner with families and implementing the policies and associated procedures of the organisation at all times. They will also work with other staff towards continuous improvement in all areas of the service’s operations.

Key Skills
- Demonstrated experience working with groups of children aged 0-5 years in a Childcare Centre setting (or similar).
- Knowledge and understanding of all current legislation governing early childhood education and care, including the National Quality Framework.
- The ability to lead, support, motivate and mentor staff.
