Gymnastics Team Leader
This position requires a positive, energetic, vibrant attitude and a willingness to learn and continuously improve. You will have the ability to provide feedback to coaching staff and communicate effectively with children, parents, staff and management. Preferably you will have experience in coaching children’s gymnastics classes, however this is not essential.
You will have exceptional customer service skills and a strong desire to exceed member expectations, with the ability to work autonomously as part of a team to ensure an efficient flow through the gymnastics hall each night. You will be required to take on shift hours which may include some or all of the following; mornings, afternoons, late evenings and/or weekends.
Key Selection Criteria
Experience in the supervision and administration of staff with the ability to direct work to others.
Excellent communication skills across a diverse range of backgrounds with the objective of delivering high quality customer service.
Experience as an active member of a positive team culture where peers are supported and programs are delivered with enthusiasm and pride.
Demonstrated time management, planning and organisational skills within a busy and fast-paced environment
Knowledge and understanding of health and safety issues relevant to work activities and work area.
