With your genuine interest in Horticulture and passion for working outdoors with plants, you will be responsible for all aspects of ornamental, horticultural, general gardening and maintenance work in Invercargill and surrounds.
Proven experience in garden maintenance is required and your dedication to providing quality workmanship will be important to you. Ideally you will have, or be working towards a formal qualification in horticulture and a Growsafe approved handler certification is desirable in this role.
This position requires a current New Zealand driver's license and traffic management would be an advantage. Your commitment to get the job done will mean you have the flexibility to work extra hours and weekends as required.
We'll provide your tools, and dare we say it, wet weather gear and can offer you encouragement to further develop your skills. It's a big backyard which makes for a lot of variation in your working week.
