About the Opportunity
An opportunity exists for a dynamic and motivated individual to become part of a newly established project management office to support the final stages of implementation of Council's Corporate Business System (CBS), TechnologyOne and transition the organisation to a business as usual environment.
- This role is responsible for identifying and documenting training needs
- Developing training strategies
- Coordinating and managing the delivery of training programs that relate to Council’s CBS.
As part of the project management office you will have the opportunity to contribute to, and be involved in, project planning, reporting and strategies that have influence throughout Council and assist in the realisation of benefits that are expected from the new CBS.
Qualifications and Experience
Essential:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in an associated field and/or equivalent extensive experience in a similar capacity
- Proven experience in conducting training needs analysis and developing organisational training strategies
- Demonstrated experience in the management and coordination of the delivery of technology systems training
- Class “C” Drivers Licence.
Desirable:
- Experience and exposure to the TechnologyOne local government software systems
- Experience in a local government environment.
Remuneration and Benefits
The salary and conditions of employment are in accordance with Blacktown City Council’s Enterprise Agreement.
- A competitive salary range of $1,701.80 - $1,906.00 (Grade 15) per week will be offered based on qualifications and experience
- 35 hour working week
