Home Support Worker
Our Community Wellbeing unit is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and suitably qualified person to join the Home Support Services team as a Home Support Worker.
The Home Support Services team assists people to be more independent at home and in the community and assists carers in their caring role.
This position is responsible for performing a broad range of tasks for eligible clients including food services, domestic assistance, personal care, social support group and respite care.
You will have the ability to work within the scope of the service, possess good verbal, written and listening skills, and hold a desire to consistently provide a high-quality service to our clients.
Accredited Certificate 3 in Individual Support (Aged Care) a satisfactory Police Record Check, a pre-employment functional assessment, Ezitracker compatible phone and a current driver’s licence are mandatory requirements for this position.
