Community Care Team Leader
- Full Time
- Temporary contract until January 2020
- $1,615.47 per week + super
The Community Care Team Leader provides leadership, direction and support to a team of community care workers and administration staff in the service delivery operations of the Commonwealth Home Support Program, Home and Community Care Program for Younger people, Veteran’s Home Care and brokered service provision.
This position will need a highly organised individual with strong experience of state and commonwealth funded home support services to deliver high quality outcomes for service users. The ability to motivate and lead a diverse range of staff within a dynamic working environment is highly desirable.
