Environmental Health Officer
Are you passionate and excited about public health and community safety?
An opportunity now exists within our Safe and Healthy Environments unit for a motivated, suitably qualified and experienced Environmental Health Officer to join our vibrant team of professionals. You will work with fellow professionals to monitor, investigate, resolve and provide advice in relation to public health matters.
You will have relevant experience as a qualified Environmental Health Officer, preferably in Victorian Local Government and a demonstrated ability to work with minimum supervision whilst planning and managing your workload and meeting deadlines and objectives.
The successful application will have a strong commitment to working in a team environment, excellent problem-solving, communication and conflict negotiation skills.
Tertiary qualifications in an environmental health discipline or other qualifications which satisfies the requirements of membership status of Environmental Health Australia is required for this position.
