The Role:

This role is a newly created position reporting directly to the Director City Planning, as the Corporate Planning and Performance Strategist. The role is responsible for the coordination of Council’s Integrated Planning and Reporting framework and facilitating business performance initiatives to effectively achieve the goals within the Community Strategic plan.


You must have:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, governance, corporate planning and/or relevant industry experience
  • Working knowledge of relevant legislation, government policy and practice, specifically to Local Government Act 1993
  • Working knowledge of the integrated planning and reporting framework and requirements of the NSW State Government 
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and support the development of performance measures and data.
  • Demonstrated experience in business improvement and organisational development/ organisational capability and performance development
