What you need to know...
- 12 month fixed term, temporary full time - 70 hours per fortnight
- salary - $62,281 - $74,272 per annum, plus superannuation
- a 9 day fortnight
- location - Grafton
- the opportunity to accrue time in lieu
About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated plans of management professional to join a dynamic team of planners. You’ll be a key part of driving Council’s Crown reserve planning initiatives including those required by the Crown Land Management Act. You’ll be able to live and work in the Clarence Valley where we enjoy the finer things in life like catching a fish or a wave before work, river views on your daily commute, and a work life balance that is exactly as it should be – balanced.
As the Plans of Management Project Officer, you will:
- Help drive Council’s Crown reserve plans of management development process
- Play a key role in preparing compliant plans of management for Council’s network of Crown reserves
- Coordinate and undertake community consultation as part of the plans of management process
The successful applicant will be:
- Motivated and have a can do attitude
- Well organised and resourceful
- Able to think strategically whilst also being methodical and able to follow process
- Be able to solve challenges
