In this role you will coordinate the delivery of community recreational projects from concept to completion ensuring cost, quality and time milestones are achieved. You will assist in the planning, promotion and operation of high quality recreational facilities and services through effective management of Delivery and Design projects.


The successful person will have strong relationship management skills and provide quality customer service.


Key activities of this role include:

  • Achieve high quality, cost effective outcomes and effectively manage contracts to ensure timeframes and budgets are met including delivery of project feasibility, estimates, investigation and design services;
  • Liaise with contractors, and consult with community stakeholders, mediate and resolve conflicts;
  • Conduct regular site inspections and testing to ensure that works are carried out in compliance with work plans, specifications, standards and/or legislation.

This role provides a salary range of between $73k to $88.9k per annum + superannuation.
