Town Planner – COOTAMUNDRA
(Permanent Part time – 21 hours/week)
Applications are invited from interested persons for the above part time position of Town Planner – PPT to be based at our Cootamundra Office.
This position provides professional services and advice to a wide range of customers in relation to development control, land use and compliance matters in accordance with environmental and land use planning legislation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensure efficient and timely determination of development application
- Prepare assessment reports for presentation to management, Council and Joint Regional Planning Panel as necessary
- Make recommendations for system improvements in order to achieve key position objectives
- Provide responses to planning, development and land use enquiries in a professional, timely manner
Benefits
- Full time Salary range of $1559.70 to $1824.90 gross per week– pro-rata part time equivalent
- 5% super guarantee levy payable by Council
