The Opportunity

Working collaboratively within our team of Early Childhood Educators, this position will see you implementing high quality, innovative play-based programs to meet the individual and group interests, strengths and needs. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:

  • Supporting the program in promoting staff interaction with children
  • Sharing interdisciplinary strategies to enhance the delivery of the program
  • Recording interactions and achievements of children both as individuals and in groups
  • Contributing to the development and delivery of curriculums
  • Working according to the National Quality Standards and the National Quality Framework


About You

To be suitable for this position, you will possess the following:

  • Certificate III in Children's Services or equivalent, as recognised by the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development and in accordance with the Education and Care National Law Act 2010 & the Education and Care National Services Regulations 2011
  • Understanding of the Education and Care National Law Act 2010 and the Education and Care National Services Regulations 2011
  • Understanding of Victoria’s Child Safe Standards and how Educators apply them in daily practice
  • Hold a current and valid; Working with Children Check, Anaphylaxis Management and Emergency Management certificates
