Digital Services Officer



Council is seeking a talented Digital Services Officer to provide excellent customer service and high level technical expertise to internal and external stakeholders.


The successful candidate will ensure that all of Council’s websites are maintained to high standards, conduct regular reviews and suggest improvements. You will maintain and develop the technical infrastructure for Council’s digital platforms and troubleshoot issues as they arise, and adapt to new CMS requirements as changes occur. You will be a confident website administrator, and have experience training and helping end user groups who access Content Management systems (CMS), particularly Squiz Matrix.


Salary will be dependent upon the relevant skills, experience and competencies of the successful applicant.
