Business Analyst

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Business Analyst who is keen to be involved with Council’s dynamic IS team. You will have the opportunity to bring your strong analytical skills and business focus to assist in the implementation and alignment of Council’s Technology One-based business suite with Council business units.
In this role you will use your technical knowledge of the Technology One financial and asset management, document management and P&R whilst promoting and encouraging the adoption of new technology and business processes across Council.
To be successful in this role you will need to have tertiary qualifications in a technology / other related field or extensive experience in building systems/procedures critical to business applications. In addition you possess comprehensive knowledge of business information systems, especially Technology One, with an ability to research, analyse, recommend and implement solutions. An ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously would be advantageous.
You must have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across Council. A current Class “C” driver licence is also essential for this position.
