Promote effective records management practices through provision of training, remote assistance and client support to staff of Power and Water. Assist the System Administrator in effectively managing the technical and functional operation, maintenance and support of Power and Water’s Electronic Document Management System environment, HPE Records Manager 8. Key Responsibilities 1. Develop and implement tailored records management training programs and learning materials to ensure recordkeeping compliance across PWC and to improve user skills and knowledge of HPE Records Manager 8 in order to meet organisational objectives. 2. Develop and maintain operational and system administration documentation, knowledge base articles and test procedures and outcomes to ensure client service continuity in the absence of permanent team members. 3. Provide advice, support and assistance to internal and external clients in the development and delivery of business process improvement and significant and major change projects. 4. Assist the System Administrator in undertaking auditing, monitoring, testing, maintenance and ongoing fault rectification of the system’s environments, services, functions, data, security and integrations to other ICT systems. 5. Carry out duties in accordance with Power and Water's safety, environmental and quality policy, safety principles, corporate values and strategies. Selection Criteria – Essential 1. Demonstrated training skills including the delivery of presentations, development of training and educational material, and the ability to utilise a range of educational media and technology. 2. Demonstrated technical knowledge and operational experience in ICT systems including an Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) such as HPE Records Manager 8. 3. Extensive problem solving, communication and organisational skills, including the ability to provide quick and accurate solutions to complex issues in consultation with colleagues and clients whilst maintaining a strong focus on delivering quality client services. 4. Proven history of developing factual, objective and concise documentation and reports, ideally within an ICT environment. 5. Sound understanding of records management principles and practices. Selection Criteria – Desirable 1. Formal qualification in workplace training and assessment, education or System Administration certification. 2. Understanding of project management principles and processes and their application in a consultancy role, including experience in implementing system upgrades or similar. Further Information 1.
