The successful applicant will have demonstrated knowledge of the Commonwealth Home Support Program and Home and Community Care Program for Younger persons and the current aged care reform environment. A tertiary qualification in an Allied Health Nursing, Social Science or related field with experience in the community aged care sector is mandatory.
