The City of Sydney, has an exciting opportunity available for a HR Advisor professional to join our team to provide generalist advice and case management for a diverse and dynamic workforce. The role of the HR Advisor is to provide advice on HR practices, policies, procedures, and practical people management and employment related issues. We are looking for someone who uses every opportunity to coach and continuously improve employee capability and the way we do things.
Tertiary qualified, you have experience providing generalist advice and managing employee relations case management. You are someone who thrives on building relationships with diverse stakeholders. Experience working in highly consultative and industrialised environment is preferred.
