Communication Services; Governance; Corporate; Brisbane In the role of Assistant Advisor (Communication) you will work as part of the multi-functional Communication Services team, providing high-quality, targeted, accurate and timely communication materials for internal and external stakeholders. Job details
Accountabilities include: • Provide professional communication advice and skills to the department, including writing, editing, publication management, presentation development, social media activity, marketing, market research, public consultation, public relations and event organisation. • Assist in preparing communication materials such as senior leadership messages, speeches, briefs, emails, newsletters, fact sheets, presentations, social media content, web copy and online news stories. • Contribute to the development of communication plans, campaigns and communication programs (including budget and resources), marketing campaigns, market research, public consultation, copywriting, editing, events, internet marketing/communication. • Liaise, consult and form effective working relationships with divisional and regional communication staff to identify opportunities to position the department externally and maintain corporate consistency and standards in marketing and communications. • Contribute positively to the unit's creativity and team environment.
