Waste Services Operator (Truck Driver)
- Full Time, Temporary 12 month contract
- $55,432 pa + super
Council is seeking a motivated waste truck driver to provide a quality kerbside waste collection service for the rural and urban residences and businesses, as well as assist with other duties within the waste team.
You will need to hold a heavy rigid driver licence and preferably have experience in the operation of side loading waste compaction vehicles. However, competent truck drivers without this experience will be considered.
You will also have a commitment to safe work practices and compliance with local and Victorian law and traffic regulations and service procedures, a courteous and friendly disposition with good customer service skills and the ability to work cooperatively as part of a team.
