Building and Planning Compliance Administration Officer

The role:
- Full Time Fixed Term Maternity Leave Replacement until September 2020
- $61,383 per annum + 9.5% superannuation
- Fortnightly rostered day off available
An exciting temporary opportunity exists in Council to contribute to the delivery of building, planning compliance and enforcement services to the regional community. You will provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Building and Planning Compliance Team. The role will also provide courteous and prompt attention to a large number of community and staff requests for information and service.
The ideal applicant will preferably pair their knowledge of the Building Act 1993 and Planning & Environmental Act 1987 and their exemplary customer service skills to succeed in the role. Anyone with experience in office administration and customer service who is eager to learn more about Building and Compliance, is also encouraged to apply.
