Cleaner/Team Leader
Council is seeking a suitably qualified applicant to fill the temporary (6 months) full-time role of Cleaner/Team Leader.
Reporting directly to the Manager Operations, Planning, Development and Compliance this position is responsible for taking care and control for maintaining Council’s building assets located across multiple locations to the required standards as specified by service agreements, lease agreements, work duty statements, condition reports or cleaning/maintenance schedules.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with strong communication and time management skills and the ability to meet set priorities. The successful candidate will require demonstrated work experience and the ability to lead a small team to achieve high levels of service standards. As the team leader, you will be required to ensure quality services are provided to the community.
