Edward River Council is currently inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals for the position of Major Projects Coordinator in our Infrastructure department, for a two-year fixed term contract.


Reporting to the Director Infrastructure, you will be responsible for coordinating Council’s project managers and consultants to ensure the efficient delivery of the organisation’s Major Projects Program. 


To be considered for this role, you will hold a relevant tertiary qualification or have completed accredited training in project management. Your demonstrated experienced in project management will be complemented by well-developed analytical and communication skills, and sound financial acumen, including the ability to develop and monitor project budgets. 


Salary

The appointment will be in accordance with the Local Government State Award and Council's policies and conditions of employment. The role offers an attractive annual salary within the range of $81,106 to $89,528, depending on qualifications, experience and skills, plus superannuation.
