HSQE OFFICER - PERTH
We are seeking a HSQE Officer to drive our business forward with continuous improvement and delivery of organisational safety, health, quality and environment management and systems within our Regional Housing Division based in the Perth CBD.

Your key duties will include:
- Coordinate and maintain record and document control for the Safety, Health, Quality and Environment Management System
- Continuing implementation of HSQE systems in the workplace according to regulatory requirements and company objectives
- Have strong knowledge of current safety and quality legislation so you are able to provide advice to the management team
- Execution of various safety programs
- Record safety documentation including incident investigations
- Manage and maintain the HSQE registers
- Track actions within the HSQE Management System, including follow-up and consultation with various stakeholders on the status of actions
- HSQE statistical reporting
- Training matrix management, managing reminders to ensure training requirements are maintained
- Assist with the preparation and conduction of internal and external audits of the HSQE Management System
- Handle administrative requests and queries from management
About You
- Previous experience in Health and Safety role (OHS degree level qualifications will be highly regarded)
- Demonstrated hands on experience with document management for integrated management systems
- Able to work both autonomously and with a team and prioritise competing demands effectively
- Resilience and the desire to make a difference
- Exceptional organisation skills and a love of administration
- Demonstrated well established skills with a variety of software programs
- Intermediate level of administrative skill (daily reporting, documentation and data bases)
- Intermediate level of computer skills. Experience in working with MS Office applications.
Benefits
This full-time position comes with a remuneration package that includes a base salary of $65k, plus the benefits of not-for-profit salary packaging, annual leave loading and superannuation.
