The position will provide leadership to the Customer and Business Services team to ensure they effectively integrate relevant service and technical innovations to provide customer centric services to the community and to Council's operations.
The requirements for this role are outlined in the position description & include:
2 yrs+ supervisory experience in a customer service industry.
Cert IV in Frontline Management, Human Resources, or Customer Service.
Customer service &quality orientation, planning & organising skills.
Generate solutions to problems & situations.
Verbal & written communication skills to a high, professional standard.
Interpersonal skills with proven ability to handle and resolve complaints &/or conflict.
Computer literacy intermediate level MS Outlook, Word, Excel & Powerpoint.
Experience in documenting & setting up procedures & processes & supporting systems.
Cash handling & reconciliation experience.
Understanding of State Records Act 1998 (NSW), LG Authority GA39 & operation of Electronic Document & Recordkeeping Management Systems (EDRMS)
