IM&T Project Services are looking for multiple Business Analysts to join our team, in driving the success of our projects to improve customer experiences across the organisation. We need great communicators, who will seamlessly fit into the range of projects the team is already running and planning for the next 12 months.
What your day as a BA in Project Services could look like:
Digging into data sets, identifying trends, gaps and opportunities;
Guiding business teams to identify process pain;
Working closely with the Project Managers in our team to scope project deliverables;
Capturing requirements that will improve ways of working in the future;
Coordinating regression and functional testing of applications;
Crafting training, communication and stakeholder engagement plans for new stuff coming on line;
Using story telling techniques to present awesome ideas to senior stakeholders.
About You:
You value high-quality work and have superior attention to detail;
You know how to gather, document, and interpret business requirements;
When you encounter a problem you come up with multiple solutions, identify the best approach, and exercise good judgment to move forward;
You're comfortable interacting with people across all levels of the organisation and can field questions during a presentation like a pro;
You're self-driven and find ways to be impactful;
You don’t mind a bit of banter and random pop-culture references.

Salary: Attractive remuneration package from $90k per annum + superannuation. A market payment may apply for the right candidate.
