The role:
You will undertake cemetery and civil labouring activities to contribute to the construction and maintenance of Council's assets.
You will operate plant and equipment within the cemeteries which includes undertaking daily work in an emotionally charged environment, while understanding the impacts of the grieving process in the cemetery environment.
The role also assists in the maintenance of our rock (ocean) pool.
We offer:
- Full time, 38 hour per week position
- 9 day fortnight
- Salary up to $1017.64 per week, plus 9.5% superannuation
