Engagement Officer – Kiwirrkurra Community
This role combines CDP Case Management & Activity Planning functions. NCAC CDP is moving into a new model of service delivery as from 01st March 2019, this model will focus on strategic case management to ensure that the Job Seekers needs are being met, and that they are supported and guided toward suitable employment opportunities, with appropriate training and post placement support.
You will be required to provide integrated case management services to CDP Job Seekers. This will involve engaging with Job Seekers to gain an understanding of their goals and potential personal barriers, developing job plans, regularly meeting with and providing ongoing support and working with them to improved their employability. Accuracy and full understanding of IT processes associated with Employment & Community Services Network (ECSN).
You will be required to engage with CDP Job Seekers to facilitate and implement Work for the Dole (WfD) activities. This will involve working with community members to identify, set-up and monitor WfD activities, encourage and mentor Indigenous Leading Hands to record attendance at activities, providing some hands on supervision when required.

The position comes with an attractive remuneration package that includes a base salary of $72,064 pa, plus 9.5% superannuation, 8 weeks leave pa, 17.5% leave loading, PBI salary packaging, $4,333 remote living allowance, annual airfare and free accommodation and utilities. |
