Things you'll do
Council employs over 1200 employees across a wide range of professional disciplines to deliver upon the diverse range of services provided to our community.
You’ll report to the Team Leader Expenditure and provide administrative support within the Expenditure team by assisting in a high level of fiscal discipline and accountability through cash flow management and expenditure control.
You’ll demonstrate operational thinking, facilitate collaborative and respectful relations and accept personal accountability for achieving outputs.
You’ll ensure that expenditure is properly controlled, authorised, documented and accounted for.
You’ll provide resolution of all invoice disputes brought by Managers and creditors.
You’ll assist with provision of support and advice available to administrators of corporate credit cards.

Package: $34,722 - $36,748 gross per annum for part-time hours, plus 9.5% superannuation
