About the role:


The Safety and Wellbeing Business Unit is looking for an experienced advisor to s
upport project teams to deliver key initiatives and undertake research to identify and initiate future projects.


What the role will offer:
  • Provide scheduling, costing, analysis, reporting and liaison advice and support for the program Participate in developing project and contract work breakdown structures and in advising Project Leads and Line Managers of optimal schedule delivery strategies.

  • Develop and maintain schedules, costs, resource and time estimates and forecasts for managing and completing projects and contracts.

  • Coordinate and evaluate progress information on project and contract activities.

  • Use statistical methods to analyse data and generate useful business data for potential future projects.

  • Work with the Project Team to support the progress of key initiatives.

  •  Support team members with admin support and meeting arrangements..  

Key skills and experience:

  • Tertiary level qualification in project management or relevant discipline
  • Considerable experience in providing project analytical services
  • Relevant experience in or exposure to project design/creation practices.

  • Relevant experience in the use of project management software

  • Demonstrated knowledge of quality project analysis principles and practices.

  • Demonstrated conceptual and analytical skills.
  • Sound interpersonal, communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
