Food & Beverage Attendant
The Mackay Entertainment & Convention Centre (MECC) are accepting applications for casual Food & Beverage Attendants to join their catering team.
We are looking for experienced, reliable and hard-working food and beverage attendants to provide consistent and high quality standards of food and beverage services to all clients. These positions are crucial in ensuring the smooth delivery of theatre, function and conference services at the MECC.
There are several positions available. Applicants must be contactable by phone and email.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A current Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate (RSA)
- A current QLD 'C' Class Drivers Licence
- Previous experience in a food and beverage, waiting/bar staff or retail role
- Sound oral and written communication skills
Applicants who do not have a current RSA certificate will be made ineligible.
Salary and benefits package:
- Hourly rate from $21.20 plus casual loading
- Standard 9.5% superannuation contribution
Applicants must be available to work rostered shifts including week days, after hours and weekends as per the MECC requirements.
