Please note: Effective from 11/10/2017 the salary rate will increase to $69.05 per hour. This is an Open Ended Recruitment Pool for Casual appointments only. Position Profile: We are seeking to appoint suitably experienced people to the position of Nurse Manager – Workforce. This position implements and evaluates WA Country Health Service (WACHS) Nursing & Midwifery recruitment programs. It also coordinates and promotes WACHS nursing & midwifery workforce initiatives with NurseWest, recruitment agencies and other area health services, as well as provides a consultancy service, monitors & reports on nursing workload indicators within and external to WACHS.
