About the role:

 

Reporting to the Manager – IT Service Delivery, the Coordinator – Operations Delivery will coordinate the operational portfolio of minor works and minor projects to ensure on time and on budget delivery.
 
What the role will offer:
  • Coordinating and tracking delivery of outcomes required from a suite of operational minor works and minor projects
  • Accurately represent initiative status to all impacted stakeholders, including key risks, issues and dependencies
  • Maintains a customer focus on service delivery including customer contact and management
  • Ensure relevant stakeholders and customers are kept informed of the status of minor works and projects that impact their business, including regular status reporting

Key skills and experience:

  • Considerable experience in MS Project and MS Office Suite of products
  • Ability to work in a distributed team environment with a proven track record of delivering timely project outcomes
  • Proven ability to collaborate with key stakeholders to drive outcomes whilst managing multiple projects in a changing environment
  • Introductory Project Management training, qualifications and/or certification
  • An understanding of Project Management Principles and the Project Life-cycle
