About the role:

This role reports to and provides high level administrative support to the Deputy Secretary, Corporate and Regulatory Services who is a member of the Victoria Police Executive Command.

  • This position is full time but flexible/part-time working arrangements may be negotiable.


Your duties will include:

  • Executive diary management.
  • Coordination of the Office of the Deputy Secretary, Corporate and Regulatory Services.
  • General administrative duties.


As the successful applicant, you will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Professional communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook).


Requirements and relevant information:

  • This role is located at Victoria Police Centre, 637 Flinders Street, Docklands VIC 3008.
  • Applicants must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or hold a valid work permit or visa.
