The Opportunity

We have two (2) vacancies for customer service specialists to deliver high level support and advice to customers who are experiencing financial hardship or personal circumstances that are preventing them from meeting their financial commitments to TasWater.  

Key Accountabilities

  • Perform needs and risk assessments with prospective customers to assess suitability for the support service.
  • Take responsibility for a designated caseload of customers and establish support packages based on assessed needs.
  • Negotiate payment plans and payment schedules with customers.
  • Perform proactive data diagnostics tasks.
  • Respectfully engage with customers and refer to external services where required.
